How I handle the information you share when you contact me.

Who I Am

This site is operated by Eric Krzeczowski, sole owner of ByteRight Technology Solutions, providing IT services to homes and small businesses in New Lenox, IL and surrounding communities. You can reach me at [email protected] or (815) 277-9326.

What I Collect

I keep things simple. The only information I collect is what you voluntarily provide through the contact form on this site:

  • Name — so I know who I'm talking to.
  • Email address — so I can respond.
  • Phone number (optional) — so I can call if it's faster.
  • Service type (optional) — so I can prepare before reaching out.
  • Your message — describing what you need help with.

I do not use cookies for tracking. I do not run advertising scripts. I do not collect analytics that identify you personally — I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and aggregates traffic anonymously.

How I Use It

Your contact form information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule service, and follow up on the work I do for you. That's it. I don't sell, rent, trade, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.

Where It Lives

Form submissions are delivered to my business email inbox via a third-party form-handling service (Formspree). Once received, your information is stored in my email account, which is hosted by Google Workspace and protected by industry-standard security including two-factor authentication. I keep messages only as long as needed to serve you, then I delete them.

Third-Party Services

This site relies on a few third-party services to function:

  • Cloudflare — hosts the site and provides aggregate, cookie-free traffic analytics.
  • Formspree — receives contact form submissions and forwards them to my email.
  • Google Workspace — provides my business email account.
  • Google Fonts — serves the typography used on this site.

Each of these has its own privacy policy. I've chosen them because they have strong reputations for user privacy.

Your Choices

You can ask me at any time to:

  • See what information I have about you.
  • Correct anything that's wrong.
  • Delete your information from my records.

Just email [email protected] and I'll take care of it within a few days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through my site, please contact me and I will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If I update this policy, I'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged in a notice on this page for at least 30 days.
